This May, Schaffer&Combs successfully closed two searches for Higg Co and we would like to extend our congratulations to Del Hudson and Jose Guzzardi, Higg Co’s incoming Vice President, Marketing & Communications and Senior Manager Sales, respectively.
Higg Co is a technology company that delivers, implements, and supports the Higg Index for consumer goods industries. Developed by our client, the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, the Higg Index is a suite of tools that enables brands, retailers, and facilities of all sizes — at every stage in their sustainability journey — to accurately measure and score a company or product’s sustainability performance. Schaffer&Combs has worked closely with Jason Kibbey and the Higg Co team this past year on various search engagements and we look forward to continued partnerships in the future.
Del Hudson has spent over 20 years in communications and sustainability leadership roles in the US, UK, and New Zealand. Prior to joining the team at Higg Co, Del served as the Head of North America for the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, and as General Manager of Sustainable Business & Innovation at Nike.

Jose Guzzardi has a background in international public affairs, government relations, corporate sustainability, and compliance management. Prior to joining the team at Higg Co, he served as a Manager for Multinational Strategy & Engagement at B Lab.
