Winnie brings a strong background in recruitment and evaluation within the social impact space to S&C.
Winnie joins S&C from Community Housing Partnership (CHP), the largest permanent supportive housing provider in San Francisco. At CHP, Winnie worked closely with both the resident services and employment opportunities teams to produce data-driven tools to help gauge and increase the self-sufficiency of individuals who have experienced homelessness. Prior to her work at CHP, Winnie worked at the Gettysburg College: Office of Admissions; her efforts focused on student recruitment from students of Community Based Organizations across the country. While earning her degree in Political Science and Philosophy, Winnie also co-founded the Asian Student Alliance, served as Co-President of the Law and Justice Society, and engaged in three of the Eisenhower Institute’s Public Policy programs.
Winnie is eager to join S&C’s efforts in ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion are kept at the forefront of all strategy and search engagements.
