Lizbeth brings to S&C recruiting and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) experience from Fortune 300 companies.
She is currently pursuing an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, majoring in Managing Organizations and Finance. At Kellogg, she leads the D&I efforts through her role in the student government. Prior to going back to school, she spent five years in the Verizon Talent Acquisition Team where she supported the US Western Region. At Verizon, she was also a leader in the Hispanic Support Organization Employee Resource Group. Lizbeth holds a BA in Business Marketing from the California State University, Fullerton, where she now serves on the Alumni Association Board of Directors.
S&C aligns with Lizbeth’s passion to move forward mission-driven organizations. In the last ten years, she has volunteered endless hours to several non-profits including the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the UCLA Riordan Programs.

Lizbeth enjoys dancing and is a member of the Kellogg Dance Team called Groupwerk. She is also a concert aficionado, having attended more than 30 concerts.
