Taylor brings a strong set of skills in program monitoring and evaluation, process consultation, and policy research to S&C.
Taylor began her career in primary education and went on to earn her MA in International Policy and Development with a specialization in Program and Policy Research and Evaluation. Through past experiences, Taylor has created proposals for organizations such as Relief International and has completed international development projects on health and disease surveillance in southeastern Asia. She has also conducted program evaluation for the Mercy Corps around religious conflict analysis and resolution in Nigeria.

Taylor has been a resident of California for the past 15 years but still often lovingly brags about her hometown of New Orleans, LA. When not at work, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods (she highly recommends haggis!) and indulging in B-horror movies on Netflix.
