Nicole brings a rich understanding of technical tools for development and data analytics to S&C.
After earning a B.S. in Business from The University of Maine and relocating to the Bay Area, Nicole became involved with innovative practitioners within the international development space. This led her to an opportunity in Arusha, Tanzania where she worked with a health and education community-based organization on development, strategic planning, impact evaluation and fundraising. Nicole became extremely interested in ICT for development and went on to receive certifications in Technology for Monitoring & Evaluation as well as data analytics. Through continuing education, Nicole refined her expertise in responsible data practices, survey design, monitoring tools, data visualization and storytelling. Most recently, she has been working with a small team to analyze health data and create visualizations for reporting to determine opportunities for growth. Other projects have included database research and contribution for a new diversity and inclusion initiative.
Nicole is passionate about problem solving and developing practical tools that are data-driven, human-centered, and socially and environmentally responsible.
