Jessica brings a passion for the purpose-driven sector and a love for storytelling to S&C.
Jessica began her professional work in the purpose driven sector as a Junior Investigator while completing her BA in Human Development at the University of Vermont. In this role, she worked primarily with Vermont’s public defenders and their clients, many of whom were incarcerated at the time. However, Jessica’s involvement in the social sector stretches further back through her volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, the DREAM mentor program, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. In her recent role with First Republic Bank as an Executive Assistant, she built a critical skill set in operations and business.
Jessica looks forward to combining her business strategy experience with her passion for the purpose driven sector at S&C. She is excited about working with clients across several sectors and looks forward to bringing her storytelling experience, business operations background, and passion to S&C’s Executive Search practice.
