Following several years in professional sales and marketing, Dave transitioned into sales training and, ultimately, business consulting. Dave has worked as a practice leader at stalwarts such as Arthur Andersen, BearingPoint, PwC and Mercer. Dave’s twenty years of consulting services have touched multiple industries and typically involve a creative approach to a business problem from the perspective of all relevant stakeholders. His project success in organizational development and change management reflects this customer-focused approach to his work.

Dave lives in the Chicago area. He is an avid sportsman, enjoying competitive soccer, triathlon, racquetball, biking and hiking. He is a member of a large choral ensemble group that performs at venues in the Chicago area. Dave is a certified instructor and facilitator, and he is a published writer and speaker on topics related to generational workforces, talent strategies and leadership development. Dave obtained his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and has a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
